How does this work?
By appointment only as the park does NOT allow estate sales.
We will be making appointments shortly.
Please call and leave your number.
We will return your call in the order received.
Please don't be concerned if we don't call you right away.
We are collecting numbers at this time.
Please don't call more than once
unless you think that we didn't get the message.
There probably won't be any appointments
this weekend as our daughter in college is hoping for a visit.

When you leave a message, please indicate whether you would like a morning or
weekend appointment.
Call for an appointment: (805)878-1978 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.
We give you the gate code and house address.
Then you come and shop for up to one hour (there's a lot to see)!
Please be sure that you park in guest parking--not on the street--there's parking just steps away.
Directions to "by appointment only":
If you are coming from North Broadway (you can get to Broadway/135 from almost any
freeway exit):
Turn west onto West Taylor;
Pass Casa Grande Mobile Estates;
Turn right onto North Railroad;
Turn left into the Rancho Buena Vista Mobile Home Park;
Stop at the guard shack and get out of your car;
Enter the gate code you are given when you make the appointment;
After the gate opens, proceed straight forward to the clubhouse (street dead-ends there);
TURN LEFT until the street dead-ends again;
TURN RIGHT at the dead-end;
Via Visalia is the second right--but be sure and PARK IN GUEST PARKING;
Then just walk a few steps around the corner to the right.
The house is on the left hand side.
If you are coming from North Blosser (quickest way from Orcutt):
Travel north on Blosser--continue north of Donovan;
Turn right onto West Taylor;
Turn left onto North Railroad;
Turn left into the Rancho Buena Vista Mobile Home Park;
Stop at the guard shack and get out of your car;
Enter the gate code you are given when you make the appointment;
After the gate opens, proceed straight forward to the clubhouse (street dead-ends there);
TURN LEFT until the street dead-ends again;
TURN RIGHT at the dead-end;
Via Visalia is the second right;
The house is on the left hand side.
